Pulse HQ is a business-to-business tool intended for use by employees, contractors, and authorized users of organizations that subscribe to the Service. It is not directed to consumers or to children. Accounts are provisioned by an organization administrator.

• Account information. Name, email address, phone number, profile details, organization, and role, used to authenticate you and control access.
• Content you create. Data you enter into the Service such as accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, projects, tasks, estimates, fleet and vehicle records, subcontractor records, documents, photos, and notes.
• Usage and device information. Log data, device type, operating system, app version, and diagnostic information used to operate and secure the Service.
• Optional inputs. If you use voice features, audio you record is processed to generate text and structured reports. Location data may be used where you enable map or address features.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Authenticate users and enforce organization-based access controls.
• Send transactional and service-related communications.
• Provide support and respond to requests.
• Monitor, secure, and troubleshoot the Service and prevent abuse.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-app tracking or third-party advertising.

We share information with vendors who process data on our behalf, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations, solely to provide the Service:

• Google Firebase (Google LLC) — authentication, database, file storage, and hosting infrastructure.
• Amazon Web Services (SES) — transactional email delivery.
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing (where applicable).
• Intuit QuickBooks — accounting integration, where an organization connects it.
• AssemblyAI — speech-to-text and structured report generation for voice features.
• Anthropic — AI processing for document/takeoff vision features.
• Google Maps — mapping and address features.

We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, and safety of users and the public.

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then retain and delete it in accordance with our obligations to the subscribing organization and applicable law. Organization administrators control much of the content stored in their workspace.

We use industry-standard safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls, and organization-level data isolation — to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Because data is typically controlled by the organization that provisioned your account, please direct such requests to your organization administrator or contact us at the address below and we will assist or route your request appropriately.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting us at privacy@pulse.builders or asking your organization administrator. We will process deletion requests subject to legal and contractual retention requirements.

The Service is not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect information from, children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).

We operate in the United States and may process information there. By using the Service, you understand your information may be processed in the United States.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
